Is Generic Drugs Safe to Use?
A very common misconception about generic drug is that it is not safe to use due to inferior quality. Many other believes that generic drugs are substandard drugs and do not function efficiently when compared to heir brand-name counter parts. All these and other myths about generic drugs are totally wrong. Generic drugs are approved drugs and are as good and efficient as their brand-name versions. the common belief that branded version of a certain drug is clinically superior to its generic version is wrong. FDA has approved generic drugs and their branded versions as bioequivalent which means that both the drugs are characteristically same and equivalent.
